M2237T Cap screw

The M2237T is a socket head cap screw used on many John Deere machines.

5/16-18 x 7/8 Grade 5. Diameter: 0.308” Thread: UNC Length: 0.852” Thread Length: 0.798” Width Across Flats: 0.460” Head Height: 0.313”

Wrench Size: 1/4" (Allen) Black Oxide Finish.

Used on the early John Deere crawlers to bolt the front idler and lower roller thrust washer (holds the axle in) to the front idler and lower roller.

96 used per a 5 Roller tractor. 80 used per a 4 Roller tractor. 8 used per a front idler and lower roller.
