Cam inserts for the steering clutches. Three insert into the steering cam (AM1721T) and three insert into the steering quill (M1616T). A 5/8″ ball bearing (M886T) goes between the inserts. When you pull the steering lever, the inserts slide away from each other and the bearing causes them to separate from each other, disengaging the steering clutch.

These are proudly machined in the U.S.A 52100 Bearing Race Steel and are Furness case hardened.
