We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

In plain language: Both of the above are what the legal/insurance people wrote that hardly makes sense to the rest of us. Here’s the low-down… Any of your payment and personal information that is “collected” by us isn’t really collected. You see, we collect tractors and things like that. We have plenty of our own payment and personal information to take care of, so we don’t have any inclination whatsoever to collect or share anybody else’s. Our website uses it to process your order and/or communicate with you as may be necessary, but other than that, it’s buried so deeply that even the best backhoe operator couldn’t dig it up. Don’t worry about it—it’s safe, and not going anywhere. And your IP address and computer information? Our computers give us enough trouble! Why would we want anything to do with anybody else’s?

 

Refund Policy, Shipping, Return:

  • If you have received the incorrect part, number of parts, or factory defective part due to our oversight, give us a call. We will ship the correct part(s), or exchange any defective one(s). If any parts need returned, please use the form included. Please do not return parts unless we request that you do so. A refund for the cost of return shipping will be issued upon arrival.
  • Parts in unopened original packaging may be returned within 30 days from the shipping date. Please fill out the return form mailed with your shipment. A refund for the cost of the parts, excluding shipping, will be made upon arrival. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Parts in unopened original packaging returned from 31 to 60 days from the shipping date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. A refund for the cost of the parts, excluding shipping, and the restocking fee, will be made upon arrival. Please fill out the return form mailed with your shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Parts in unopened original packaging returned from 61 to 90 days from the shipping date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. A refund for the cost of the parts, excluding shipping and the restocking fee, will be made upon arrival. Please fill out the return form mailed with your shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Parts that have been opened, will be refunded upon inspection, subject to the within 30, 31 to 60, and 61 to 90 day return policies. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Parts are non-refundable after 90 days from the shipping date.
  • Any part that has been installed is not refundable. Contact us for any possible exceptions.
  • Electronic and/or electrical parts that have been opened, but not installed, may be refunded upon inspection, subject to the within 30, 31 to 60, and 61 to 90 day return policies. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
